Their touristic activity started during the summer of 2006 with great succes, four long years have been necessary to restore two colonial farm located on a large plateau which opens onto a wonderful view of hills, olive groves and vineyards. The main house hosts the reception and large communal hall on the ground floor. Here enjoyable evenings can be spent in front of the large fireplace. The nearby cottage is reserved for tourists, offering 4 flats, two double bedrooms and a suite with hydro-massage bath. Detailed attention highlights each area starting from the typical Tuscany furniture, the detailed choice of singular furnishings to the best quality bed linen.
Particular attention has been dedicated in respecting the environment. A good part of the electrical energy used comes from alternative energy resources.

On the other side of the large meadow, apart from the cherry trees which offer a wonderful spectacle when in flower during the spring, there is the large swimming pool with beauty saloon building. This is equipped with Turkish bath and mini-gym for guests use. Personalised treatments can be booked, such as massage using essential oils and nature-therapy consultation with specialised personnel. The last building houses the tasting room and mini-oil mill.
In this inviting environment or outside in good weather, Ila prepares a rich breakfast for their guests. Ila is an excellent cook and guests who have met her over the years have written many complimentary notes in the guests book regarding her cooking abilities. During their stay guests can participate at many activities: cooking courses, wine-tasting courses, restoration courses, digital photography courses etc. In the Autumn they can participate in the harvesting of the grapes or the picking of olives or the search for white truffles which are well known in this area.

Together with Alfiero, they can follow the different stages of production of extra virgin olive oil, from harvesting to pressing of the olives in the mini-oil mill.
